Quickstart with PostgreSQL
A quick entrance into PostgreSQL – Course in English
The basic seminar introduces you to the world of database queries from the open source programme PostgreSQL. You will learn what a relational database concept is, how to edit data in tables and how to create and modify database objects. Link multiple tables in a query using joins to compile the required data. Control privileges at the object and system level and modify existing schema objects for which you retrieve metadata and create reports using dictionary views. Become familiar with date and other time functions and regular expression support in SQL. We show you the PgAdmin development tool for creating queries and administering databases.
